How does the commission work?

Free plan: 10% of the service price. Pro plan: 5% of the service price. Elite plan: 0%.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from within the Schedvia app in your Shopify admin. Changes take effect immediately.

Do I need the theme to use the app?

No. Schedvia works as a standalone app on any Shopify store. However, the Schedvia Theme was built specifically for the Schedvia app and works seamlessly with it — making setup simple and easy with a lot of useful features already in place out of the box.

Is Stripe required?

Stripe is required to accept payments through the booking widget. You can still use Schedvia in demo mode without Stripe — customers can browse and select services but cannot complete payment.
